Downhome Salisbury Steak

Lordy, I feel sorry for folks that think Salisbury steak only comes from a foil pan in the freezer section of the supermarket. Remember to pray for those folks on Sunday. Speakin’ of Sunday, I loved when we had homemade Salisbury steak as our afterchurch family dinner. My twist on traditional Salisbury steak is to chock it full of flavor and top it with a rich, mushroom gravy.
