Scrumptious Sweet-Tater Bars

Sometimes I think I was born with a sweet tater in each hand. I love this sweet orange tuber any and ever’ way it can be fixed. I’ve takin’ one of the South’s most iconic desserts, sweet-tater pie, and given it a twist by turnin’ it into magic bars. Now, a magic cake or bar is a dessert that forms three layers when it bakes: a crust, a creamy center, and a tender top. Trust me, y’all will know why it’s called “magic” as soon as you take the first bite.
