Southern Coconut Layered Sheet Cake

Anyone from the South can identify with a traditional Texas sheet cake. Well, Lord knows, if one layer of cake is good, then six are even better. That’s just one twist I’ve given a traditional sheet cake. The other twist is the fresh and light flavor of coconut, and children, I mean a lot of coconut. I promise, this lush, layered cake slathered with coconut frostin’ will have y’all leapin’ like lizards in a hailstorm.
