Hot Sausage Balls are a Vaucresson family favorite. This very easy recipe comes from the kitchen of Vance and his wife, Julie.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spicy bulk pork sausage
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated, room temperature

Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place the sausage, cheese, and biscuit mix in a large bowl and mix by hand until well combined. Shape into 1” balls. Arrange the balls about 1” apart on ungreased baking sheets.
