Honestly, almost anything can be good on a pizza. But potatoes are one of the most underrated toppings in my opinion. For this version I went the rustic route and left the potatoes with the skin on, just roughly cubing them. If you want to change it up a bit, you can mash the potatoes and use them in place of a red sauce.
I use my standard pizza dough recipe (at right), but feel free to use store-bought dough.
