Some people will question the benefits of making bread at home. It’s just so much easier to pick up a sliced loaf from the supermarket. But there really is nothing like a nice loaf of crusty, rustic bread, and this recipe makes baking homemade bread about as easy as it can be.
I can make a killer lunch out of a few good slices of this bread with some cheese, hummus, or other spreads. Slice it into wedges, and it’s a show-stopping appetizer.
