Carnitas Tacos

These are traditional tacos. That means they aren’t slathered in gooey cheese and overloaded with stuff like lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. The focus of these tacos is the pork–as it should be. There are a few basic, traditional toppings, but none of them overpower the delicious pork flavors.
