This is a classic breakfast item, and with good reason. It combines three terrific breakfast foods: granola, yogurt, and fruit. The key to parfait success is all about the ratio. Don’t screw with the ratio.
If you can’t find good fresh berries, frozen are okay. You can also make these guys the night before and store them in the fridge so breakfast is ready and waiting when you wake up.
