I’m sure you’ve heard of breakfast for dinner. Well, this is breakfast for dessert. While I originally thought these would be ideal for breakfast (and they are), I actually prefer them as a slightly healthy dessert option. Each serving has a whole apple and granola, so compared to other dessert options, it’s not so bad.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix granola, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Core apples using an apple corer or paring knife. Clean out the inside well so you have a nice clean cavity for your granola stuffing.
