This fragrant blend combines both sweet and savory Indian spices. It adds a vibrant flavor to tomato, potato, and grain dishes and is especially delicious as a soup or vegetable seasoning. On toasted seeds (see Seasoned Pumpkin or Sunflower Seeds) it’s irresistible.
Put all the ingredients in a small jar, seal tightly, and shake well to combine.
