  • ½ cup no-salt-added creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari

Method

Put the peanut butter in a small bowl. Stir in the tamari, oil, vinegar, maple syrup, and ginger, beating vigorously with a wooden spoon. Gradually beat in half the water, then whisk in just enough additional water to achieve the desired consistency. Alternatively, put the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
