  • About

You can also eat this paté with bread and salad for lunch or simply scoop it onto crackers for a light supper.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch mini scones
  • 250 g smoked mackerel fillets
  • 200

Method

  1. Remove all skin and bones from the fish and blend or mash with the cream cheese and horseradish. Season with black pepper. Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  2. Slice the mini scones in half and pile the mackerel paté on top using two teaspoons (one to scoop up the paté and one to push it onto the scone). Top with a sprig of parsley to serve.
