Homemade guacamole is nothing like the bought stuff!


  • ¼ cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic


  1. Put the chopped cucumber and tomatoes into a sieve and leave to drain. Chop the garlic, sprinkle with salt and use a knife to work to a paste.
  2. Slice the avocados in half, rotating the fruit as you hit the stone. Hold both halves and twist in opposite directions so they come apart. Remove the stone and scoop out the ?esh into a food processor. Add the lemon juic
