  1. Follow the method to cook the onion base.
  2. Put the stock in a mug of just-boiled water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Trim all fat and sinew from the pork and cut into 1cm slices on the diagonal so you get the largest slices possible.
  4. Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan and cook the meat for 1 minute on each
