This is great with steak, but it is also fab with stews and fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled

Method

  1. Chop the olives, removing stones if not already pitted.
  2. Meanwhile, make the mash following the recipe, leaving out the cream.
  3. Once the potatoes are mashed, stir the olive oil, parmesan and olives through the mash with the milk. Serve immediately ideally, but can be covered with foil and kept warm in a low oven f
