Yes, one bulb per person! A French and Belgian speciality, roast garlic is sweet, sticky and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 very large garlic bulbs (see tips)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Fit a large piece of foil into the roasting tin to make a nest for the garlic bulbs. Slice the top 1cm off each bulb to expose the cloves. Place onto the foil and pour over the olive oil so it soaks into the cloves and season with salt and pepper. Roast uncovered for
