We had afternoon tea to celebrate Mother’s Day this year. We all made different things to bring and we had a table full of goodies. Hattie, my niece and self-confessed cake-baking addict, brought a selection of her cup cakes. She makes fairy cakes in muffin cases and uses softer icing so it sets level on the top.
