A really useful recipe which tastes good – this can be used as a first course, served with tomato salad, or it can be a main course loved by vegetarians and carnivores alike. It’s useful for a buffet lunch or supper party because it’s easy to serve and easy to eat with just a fork, and it looks appetizing. It can be made two or three days in advance. All in all, it’s a winner. Adjust the amount of garlic to suit your own taste.
