We both love squid, as do most of our friends and, judging by how popular it is when we put it on the menu here, a great many of our guests. It is so easy and quick both to prepare and cook. This dish can be served hot or cold, and is equally good either way. I am generally governed by the weather – serving it cold on very hot evenings and hot on one of those chilly summer evenings.
