This is one of the dishes most chosen by our children throughout the year when I give them the chance! It couldn’t be simpler, but you have to beware not to overcook the chicken breasts. There is no need to overcook them, providing you sauté the sliced onions first in the olive oil. The small new potatoes take the same amount of time to cook as do the chicken breasts.
