  • About

We all love anything to do with Yorkshire pudding, but I wish I could make a Yorkshire pud which is edible. Meriel, our third daughter, is the Toad in the Hole maker in our family. My contribution to supper or lunch, when Toad in the Hole is the main part, is the Onion Gravy, which, as far as our family is concerned, is an integral part of the meal. For health, a green vegetable is essential. Stir-fried cabbage with grainy mustard is the perfect accompaniment for this dish.
