A delicious and convenient lunch or supper dish. The amount of garlic you use depends on your liking of garlic – my liking could more accurately be described as an addiction! The filling for this tart can be made easily in a food processor, with the egg whites then whisked and folded in by hand. I like to serve it with baked potatoes or warm brown rolls and either a tomato salad or a vegetable with a tomato sauce – spinach and tomato are lovely together.
