  • 2 medium cauliflowers
  • 4 oz/112 g brown breadcrumbs

Method

Each medium cauliflower should be enough for four people. Steam them till the stalks are tender – you will find their flavour quite intense in comparison with cauliflower cooked in water.

For the breadcrumb and parsley mixture, whiz together in a food processor or liquidizer the brown breadcrumbs and the parsley.
