In this recipe I whiz the raw chicken with the streaky bacon in a food processor. This is best done a small amount at a time. It is made into a sauce with mushrooms and garlic, and it does seem to go down very well with children as well as adults.

It needs only a crunchy salad of shredded cabbage and grated carrots, or a plain green salad, to go with it.
