Game Stock

Game stock is the basis for one of the best of all soups – game soup. Up until a few years ago, game anything had rather elite connotations, as game was associated with the privileged few rather than the average household. This is not true now, with pheasants and hares being widely available, comparatively cheaply, and venison being farmed more and more. You can put any game you have to hand into game stock.
