  • 4 oz/112 g butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Salt</

Method

Beat the butter until it is very soft, add the garlic, and season to taste. Form the butter into a log shape in baking parchment and put it into the fridge. When firm and chilled, roll it into a cylinder and wrap it in clingfilm. Store in the fridge until needed.
