This sauce is good with all barbecued meats – especially chicken and sausages.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 onions, skinned and sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp

Method

Heat the oil and sauté the sliced onions till soft – about 5–7 minutes. Then stir in all the other ingredients and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 25–30 minutes.
