This is a good accompaniment for smoked trout mousse, hot-smoked salmon, or for cold or hot roast pork.

Ingredients

  • 3 good eating apples, peeled and grated coarsely
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ pint/

Method

Mix all the ingredients together very well, and serve.
