This sauce is delicious with many flavours of ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz/225 g mincemeat
  • Grated rind of 1 orange

Method

Put all the ingredients together in a saucepan and stir over a gentle heat. Don’t let it boil. Serve the sauce hot, with the ice cream.
