Adding the blackcurrant leaves to the syrup of this water ice enhances the flavour.
Put the water, 6 oz/170 g of the sugar and the lemon rind together in a saucepan over a gentle heat, and stir until the sugar has dissolved completely. Then boil fast for 5 minutes. Remove from the h
