Frozen Honey and Whisky Creams

This is a real ‘Taste of Scotland’ recipe, what with the whisky and the honey. It is extremely easy and quick to make. The recipe was given to me by Margaret Clark, in Edinburgh, and the recipe was given to her with brandy as the alcohol content.
