This is a ritzy version of the old nursery favourite – of some. But this version, I have found, appeals to just about everyone. The bread is rich, and there are no hard chunks of peel because any peel is soft within the bread. Yet there is a distinct but subtle citrus flavour with the grated orange and lemon rinds. It is soft and creamy in texture.
