Use any fresh herbs or just lots of finely chopped parsley, flat-leafed if possible for maximum flavour.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz/340 g self-raising flour
  • ½ rounded tsp salt

Method

Sieve the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir in the egg, oil, milk and herbs. Knead together well – it will be quite a sticky dough.
