Ingredients

  • 12 oz/340 g self-raising flour
  • ½ rounded tsp salt

Method

Sieve the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir in the egg, sunflower oil and milk. Add the cheese and knead all the ingredients together well – it will be a rather sticky mixture.
