Originating from its namesake town in switzerland, gruyère is a flavorful hard cheese that’s often described as earthy, complex, and assertive. The nutty flavor, combined with flecks of fresh aromatic rosemary, creates a madeleine that will enhance any hors d’oeuvres table.
