Baking skills seem to run in my family, and my sister harriett definitely got the gene. She created this tiramisu adaptation that has it all: a not-too-sweet coffee flavor and a creamy, cakey texture. Serve these madeleines in a glass trifle bowl for a spectacular take on traditional tiramisu.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and espresso powder.
