Melted dark, milk, or white chocolate makes a classic glaze that’s perfect for dipping, coating, or drizzling over madeleines.
Place chocolate in a 2-quart microwavable glass bowl or measuring cup and microwave on low for 1 to 2 minutes, until melted. Stir until smooth. If more melting is needed, microwave at 15-second intervals until smooth.
Dip each madeleine in the melted chocolate and let set on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
