Here is one of those easy chicken dishes that can be prepared almost effortlessly. There is a marinating period, though, of about three hours, to be planned ahead.
This chicken has a very red look which it gets from ground, hot red chillies. To get the same effect – and not all of the heat – you can combine paprika with Kashmiri chilli powder in any proportion that you like as long as the total quantity is about 1½ tablespoons.
