It is best to make this dish in the summer, when tomatoes are plentiful. This is a ‘wet’ dish – it has a thinnish sauce – and should be served in individual bowls. You could eat it with Beef baked with yogurt & black pepper, Spicy baked chicken or Grilled mackerel with lemon & fresh green coriander. Rice should be served on the side.
