Another cooling, nourishing dish. It may be eaten by itself or served with Indian meals.

Ingredients

  • 570 ml/1 pint natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh green coriander

Method

  1. Put the yogurt in a bowl. Beat lightly with a fork or a whisk until it is smooth and creamy. Add all the other ingredients and stir to mix.
