These wedges are refreshing and deliciously crunchy and may be served with any Indian meal. It is best to prepare them at the last minute, just before you sit down to eat.
Peel the cucumber and cut it across in half. Now cut each half into 4 sections lengthways. Arrange the wedges on a plate. Pour or squeeze the lemon juice over them and sprinkle the salt, cayenne, black pepper and cumin over the top. Serve immediately.
