This is one of my kids’ favorites, and it is a great way to use up leftover rice. You can use ham or other ingredients the kids really like instead of the chicken, if you prefer, so you can be sure they’ll love it.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons

  1. Put the chicken meat in a bowl and stir in the soy sauce and honey. Leave to one side to marinate a few minutes.
