These are so easy to put together and make a colorful plate of nibbles to entice your guests. For a slightly sweeter version, spread the pastry dough with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and chunks of Brie.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces rolled puff pastry dough, thawed if frozen
  • olive oil, for brushing
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the pastry dough into 1-inch squares and put on the prepared cookie sheet. Prick each square a few times with a fork. Brush the dough with olive oil, then top with crumbled feta.
