Sticky toffee pudding is one of my favorite desserts to make (and actually was the dessert I paired that first Ginger and Star Anise ice creams, with during the fateful Friendsgiving!), and this ice cream has sticky toffee pudding vibes. Jammy dates, cooling coconut, and the warmth of sweet garam masala—if there ever was a contest for the ultimate cozy ice cream, this would win it.
