Magical Indian Granola

During part of my college study-abroad semester in Argentina, a friend and I got an apartment in Buenos Aires. During our stay, my mom would often send me care packages with all my favorite foods. In one of those packages, she included homemade granola from a recipe that we found online, tweaked to our taste, and had been making for years. My roommate looked into the box, grabbed the bag of granola, and shoveled some into his mouth. His eyes widened, and the first thing he said was, “This i
