Although this Sri Lankan dish is another sambol, we serve it like a salad. It has fiery heat from fresh green chiles, but the shredded coconut and cool crisp sprouts balance it out. A great little dish.
Buy fresh sprouts at an Asian grocery or produce market, and rinse them well. To chop them, hold a bunch in your hand on the cutting board and cut crosswise.
