This recipe is a classic from my childhood. I like it so much that it’s referred to as “Corrine’s Beans” in my family. Serve this as a side dish for a picnic, tailgate, or a potluck.
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble and set aside.
Cook ground beef in drippings in skillet over medium-high heat until meat is browned and no longer pink; drain and return to skillet. Stir in soup mix, baked beans, maple syrup, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar to combine.
