  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons


  1. Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan, turn on the heat to medium, and bring to a low, controlled boil.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool completely.
  4. Place in an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
