Unpeeled Figs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound figs
  • cup granulated sugar
  • cup water
  • 1 cup milk

Method

  1. Wash the figs, remove the protruding ceding recipe and freeze in an ice cream maker stem, but do not peel them.
  2. Process exactly as described in the preceding recipe and freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
