This is a super-simple way to prepare cabbage: it’s hot, it’s juicy and it will get everyone’s tastebuds talking.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chinese cabbages
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 190 ml (

Method

Cut out the core of the cabbages and remove any damaged leaves. Soak the cabbages in salted water overnight until the leaves become tender. Drain off the water.

Combine the kimchi no moto sauce, caster sugar, dried chilli powder and grapefruit zest.

In a large jar, layer the cabbage with the whole spring onions through it. Cover and coat with the kimchi no moto sauce mixture. Al
